UMI Nipple Covers After-Sales Service Policy
We offer free shipping on all domestic U.S. orders. No matter how much or how little you purchase, you won’t have to worry about a minimum spend. Shipping is always on us.
If your nipple covers arrive damaged or if something is missing from your order, please contact us at Umiyitian@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll provide a solution, such as sending replacements or other appropriate actions, to ensure you’re satisfied with your order.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you didn’t receive tracking details, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll provide the necessary tracking information.
Once you place your UMI order, it typically takes 15 business days after shipment for your goodies to arrive at your door. If you haven’t received your order after 30 days, feel free to send us a note at Umiyitian@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to follow up.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on nipple covers. However, if there’s an issue with the product or you’re not completely satisfied, please get in touch, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. Our goal is for you to love your purchase.
